Early Rising + 2 Hours of Meditation: Days 19 & 20 of 30

Another pair of interesting days.

On day 19, I had easily my best meditation session yet.  I had great success meditating in the “zafu” position, cobbling together my own version of this meditation cushion.  I also handled all the pre-meditation steps very well.  So cheers to that.

Today, however (day 20), I had trouble waking up at 5:30, and came to at 8.  I’m afraid that I’ve only logged about 45 minutes of meditation today.  At least, however, I’m headed to bed in my target window of 10 to 10:30- that’s something to be excited about.  And I’m good and tired, too,  despite sleeping in, so that will help me wake up refreshed and ready for meditation tomorrow.  Depending on how I feel, I may be able to compensate for my lack of meditation today and hit three hours tomorrow.

I’ll let you know how it goes!
